Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Middletown knocks off Big Spring
September 8, 2025: Newville, PA 17241 Fans at Monday's league battle between the Middletown Blue Raiders (Middletown, PA) and the host Big Spring Bulldogs (Newville, PA), saw Middletown's soccer squad knock off Big Spring by a count of 4-1.
The Blue Raiders (6-1) will now prepare for their battle against Camp Hill (Camp Hill, PA). The Lions come into the Mid-Penn - Capital match with a 4-3 record. In their last match, Camp Hill nipped Susquehanna Township (Harrisburg, PA), 3-0, in a league match.
The Bulldogs now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host East Pennsboro for a Mid-Penn - Capital match on Wednesday, September 10. Big Spring will meet a Panthers team coming off a 1-0 league win over Milton Hershey (Hershey, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 5-1.
