In Monday's league outing, the visiting Marathon Olympians soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 win over the Southern Cayuga Chiefs.

With the triumph, Marathon moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Olympians host Edmeston Central (Edmeston, NY) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 10. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 1-0. Edmeston Central 3-3 in their recent non-league test against Roxbury Central (Roxbury, NY)
