Pennsylvania High School Football - North Star defeats West Branch

September 9, 2022: Morrisdale, PA 16858

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting North Star Cougars football squad scored a good 39-20 victory over the West Branch Warriors.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Windber Ramblers (Windber, PA) in a Western Pennsylvania [WPAC] match, on Friday, September 16. North Star will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Ramblers enter the match with a 3-0 record after their 56-7 league win over Conemaugh Valley (Johnstown, PA).

The Warriors (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Glendale (Flinton, PA). The Vikings enter the Inter-County match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Glendale dropped by Moshannon Valley (Houtzdale, PA), 29-14, in a league match.
