The Centennial Coyotes volleyball team (Peoria, AZ), was edged 2-1 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Valley Christian Trojans (Chandler, AZ)

The Trojans (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ). The Mountain Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Mountain Ridge was edged by Valley Vista (Surprise, AZ), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
