Arizona High School Volleyball - Desert Mountain tips Centennial

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ) and the visiting Centennial Coyotes (Peoria, AZ), saw Desert Mountain's volleyball squad nip Centennial by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Desert Mountain upgrades its record to 4-3 on the year. The Wolves travel to Gilbert (Gilbert, AZ) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, September 9. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 9-3. Gilbert won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Campo Verde (Gilbert, AZ)

The Coyotes now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Arizona College Prep for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 10. Centennial will play a Knights squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Valley Christian (Chandler, AZ). The Knights record now stands at 7-8.
