Oklahoma High School Softball - Canute held off by Leedey
September 9, 2025: Canute, OK 73626 In Tuesday's league test, the Leedey Bison (Leedey, OK) softball team nipped the host Canute Trojans (Canute, OK), by a margin of 4-3.
The Bison now sport a 20-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Thomas-Fay-Custer for a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. Leedey will clash with a Terriers squad coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Cordell (Cordell, OK). The Terriers record now stands at 4-13.
The Trojans (10-4) will now prepare for their test against Arnett (Arnett, OK). The Wildcats go into the Class B test with a 8-15 record. In their last test, Arnett was nudged by Shattuck (Shattuck, OK), 13-1, in a league test.
