With the triumph, New Bloomfield upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Wildcats host Sturgeon (Sturgeon, MO) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Thursday, September 11. The Bulldogs enter the game with a record of 3-1. Sturgeon won 9-5 in their recent non-league game against Slater (Slater, MO)
The Falcons now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Linn for a non-league match on Monday, September 15. Fayette will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 12-5 non-league win over Russellville (Russellville, MO). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-2.
