High School Volleyball - Varsity Opponent overwhelmed by Morgantown Christian Academy
September 9, 2025: , Morgantown Christian Academy Mustangs (Morgantown, WV) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Varsity Opponent (, ), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Morgantown Christian Academy improves its record to 11-1 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Grafton (Grafton, WV) to play the Bearcats in a Two Rivers challenge on Thursday, September 18. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 7-2. Grafton lost 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Robert C. Byrd (Clarksburg, WV)
Next, the play the Heritage Christian Academy Warriors (Picayune, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Varsity Opponent will attempt to upgrade on its 101-234 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 3-0 league win over St. Aloysius (Vicksburg, MS).
