New York High School Volleyball - Lansingburgh bounced by La Salle Institute
September 10, 2024: Troy, NY 12180 La Salle Institute Cadets (Troy, NY) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lansingburgh Knights (Troy, NY), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, La Salle Institute improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cadets host Mohonasen (Schenectady, NY) to face the Warriors in a Section 2 Colonial - Liberty test on Thursday, September 12. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 0-3. Mohonasen lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Academy of the Holy Names (Albany, NY)
The Knights now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Voorheesville for a Section 2 Colonial - Liberty test on Thursday, September 12. Lansingburgh will face a Blackbirds squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Duanesburg (Delanson, NY). The Blackbirds record now stands at 2-0.
