September 10, 2025: Phoenix, OR 97535 Phoenix Pirates (Phoenix, OR) boosters exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Crater Comets (Central Point, OR), 1-0 in a non-league outing.
The Pirates (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Eagle Point (Eagle Point, OR). The Eagles come into the non-league test with a 1-2 record.
The Comets now possess a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 13. Crater will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Century (Hillsboro, OR). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-3.
