With the win, Giles improves its record to 5-1 on the season. The Spartans travel to Bland County (Rocky Gap, VA) to encounter the Bears in a Mountain Empire battle on Thursday, September 11. The Bears go into the battle with a record of 2-2. Bland County lost 3-1 in their recent league battle against Grayson County (Independence, VA)
