California High School Flag Football - Rio Linda winner over Sutter

September 11, 2024: Rio Linda, CA 95673

The Rio Linda Knights (Rio Linda, CA) flag football knocked off the visiting Sutter Huskies (Sutter, CA), 25-12 in Wednesday's league outing.

The Knights now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mira Loma for a non-league outing on Friday, September 13. Rio Linda will clash with a Matadors squad coming off a 21-0 league loss to Wheatland (Wheatland, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 2-6.

With the defeat, Sutter drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Huskies host Dixon (Dixon, CA) to clash with the Rams in a Golden Empire League outing on Monday, September 16.
