New Mexico High School Football - Deming thwarted by Las Cruces
September 11, 2025: Las Cruces, NM 88001 Las Cruces Bulldawgs (Las Cruces, NM) boosters were content Thursday as they observed their football squad thwart the visiting Deming Wildcats (Deming, NM), 32-14 in a non-league match.
The Bulldawgs (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Silver (Silver City, NM). The Fighting Colts go into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Silver knocked off Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM), 25-0, in a non-league test.
With the defeat, Deming drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM) to meet the Trojans in a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 2-2.
