Georgia High School Softball - Robert Toombs Christian Academy topped by Pinewood Christian
September 11, 2025: Bellville, GA 30414 Pinewood Christian Patriots (Bellville, GA) backers left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Robert Toombs Christian Academy Crusaders (Lyons, GA), 11-3 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Pinewood Christian upgrades its record to 4-10 on the year. The Patriots travel to Bulloch Academy (Statesboro, GA) to play the Gators in a GIAA Class AAA & AAAA District 2 game on Tuesday, September 16. The Gators enter the game with a record of 1-13. Bulloch Academy lost 12-0 in their recent non-league match against David Emanuel Academy (Stillmore, GA)
In their next game, the Crusaders confront the Twiggs Academy Trojans (Jeffersonville, GA) in a GIAA Class A & AA District 6 match, on Monday, September 15. Robert Toombs Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 10-4 season record. The Trojans come into the match with a 3-5 record after their 9-1 league loss to Citizens Christian Academy (Douglas, GA).
