Michigan High School Volleyball - Houghton bounced by Hancock
September 11, 2025: Hancock, MI 49930 Hancock Bulldogs (Hancock, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Houghton Gremlins (Houghton, MI), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Hancock improves its record to 9-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Gladstone (Gladstone, MI) to face the Braves in a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. The Braves go into the challenge with a record of 4-4. Gladstone lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Escanaba (Escanaba, MI)
Next, the Gremlins meet the Negaunee Miners (Negaunee, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 18. Houghton will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record.
