Virginia High School Volleyball - The Covenant over Virginia Academy

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting The Covenant Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Virginia Academy Patriots .

The Eagles (9-1) will now prepare for their test against Veritas School (Richmond, VA). The Lions go into the VISAA Independent Schools test with a 7-6 record. In their last test, Veritas School was defeated by Catholic (Virginia Beach, VA), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Patriots now own a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Evergreen Christian for a test on Monday, September 15. Virginia Academy will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Ad Fontes Academy (Centreville, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 4-0.
