North Carolina High School Volleyball - Mountain Island Charter over Corvian Community

Mountain Island Charter Raptor (Mt. Holly, NC) backers left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Raptor battle the Bradford Prep Bears (Charlotte, NC) in a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A match, on Thursday, September 14. Mountain Island Charter will attempt to better on its 10-4 season record. The Bears come into the match with a 2-6 record after their 3-1 league loss to Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC).

With the loss, Corvian Community drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC) to battle the Pride in a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A match on Thursday, September 14. The Pride come into the match with a record of 4-8.
