The East Burke Cavaliers (Connelly Springs, NC) volleyball overcame the visiting Lincolnton Wolves (Lincolnton, NC), 3-1 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, East Burke upgrades its record to 5-8 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC) to face the Rebels in a Catawba Valley Athletic 2A outing on Thursday, September 14. The Rebels go into the battle with a record of 4-6. West Lincoln won 3-0 in their recent league battle against West Caldwell (Lenoir, NC)

Next, the Wolves clash with the Maiden Blue Devils (Maiden, NC) in a Catawba Valley Athletic 2A battle, on Thursday, September 14. Lincolnton will attempt to advance on its 7-4 season record.
