September 12, 2023: Machesney Park, IL 61115 In Tuesday's league contest, the Harlem Huskies (Machesney Park, IL) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Jefferson J-Hawks (Rockford, IL), by a margin of 2-0.
Next up, the Huskies face the Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 13. Harlem will attempt to better on its 4-8 season record. The Lions go into the contest with a 12-1 record after their 2-0 league win over Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, IL).
With the loss, Jefferson moves to 1-8 on the year. The J-hawks travel to Belvidere North (Belvidere, IL) to face the Blue Thunder in a Northern Illinois NIC-10 contest on Thursday, September 14. The Blue Thunder go into the contest with a record of 12-2. Belvidere North won 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Hampshire (Hampshire, IL)
