Colorado High School Soccer - Centaurus nudged by Mullen
September 12, 2024: Denver, CO 80236 Mullen Mustangs (Denver, CO) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Centaurus Warriors (Lafayette, CO), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Mullen advances its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Coronado (Colorado Springs, CO) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league test on Monday, September 16. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 2-1. Coronado lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO)
The Warriors now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Fairview for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 17. Centaurus will clash with a Knights team coming off a 1-1 non-league Silver Creek (Longmont, CO). The Knights record now stands at 2-1.
