In Friday's league game, the Briarcrest Christian Saints (Eads, TN) football team triumphed over the host Father Ryan Irish (Nashville, TN), by a tally of 56-14.

In their next game, the Saints face the St. Benedict at Auburndale Eagles (Cordova, TN) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 19. Briarcrest Christian will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 3-1 record after their 52-14 non-league win over Kingsbury (Memphis, TN).
