New York High School Football - Commack tops West Babylon
September 12, 2025: Commack, NY 11725 The Commack Cougars football squad scored 35 points and limited the visiting West Babylon Eagles to 7 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host East Islip for a Section 11 Division II test on Saturday, September 20. Commack will meet a Redmen squad coming off a 22-10 league win over Bellport (Brookhaven, NY). The Redmen record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, West Babylon drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Deer Park (Deer Park, NY) to face the Falcons in a Section 11 Division II challenge on Friday, September 19. The Falcons go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Deer Park won 21-20 in their recent league challenge against Copiague (Copiague, NY)
