The Southern Guilford Storm football team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting High Point Central Bison to 0 in the Storm non-league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Storm face the Page Pirates (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 19. Southern Guilford will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Pirates go into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 31-19 non-league win over Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC).

The Bison (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Montgomery Central (Troy, NC). The Timberwolves go into the PAC Seven 4A/5A challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Montgomery Central bounced Piedmont (Monroe, NC), 28-20, in a non-league test.
