Illinois High School Football - Metea Valley defeated by Naperville North

The Naperville North Huskies were victorious over the visiting Metea Valley Mustangs football squad by a margin of 35-14 in Friday's league outing.

The Huskies now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Homewood-Flossmoor for a Southwest Valley - Blue outing on Friday, September 19. Naperville North will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 28-13 league win over Lockport (Lockport, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Metea Valley drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Sandburg (Orland Park, IL) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league outing on Friday, September 19. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 3-0. Sandburg won 5-3 in their recent league outing against Naperville Central (Naperville, IL)
