The Rhea County Golden Eagles volleyball squad (Evensville, TN), dropped 2-0 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Baylor Red Raiders (Chattanooga, TN)

With the win, Baylor improves its record to 13-3 on the season. The Red Raiders host Mount Vernon (Atlanta, GA) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league contest on Friday, September 12. The Mustangs enter the contest with a record of 13-10. Mount Vernon lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Denmark (Alpharetta, GA)

Next, the Golden Eagles battle the Sale Creek Panthers (Sale Creek, TN) in a non-league contest, on Monday, September 15. Rhea County will attempt to move on its 8-7 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 14-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Blazer (Ashland, KY).
