The Rhea County Golden Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Signal Mountain Eagles to 0 in the Golden Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Golden Eagles now possess a 10-8 record. They play next when they travel to Girls Prep for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 13. Rhea County will play a Bruisers team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Baylor (Chattanooga, TN). The Bruisers record now stands at 11-3.
