In Monday's non-league match, the Bradley Central Bears (Cleveland, TN) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Signal Mountain Eagles (Signal Mountain, TN), by a margin of 3-1.

The Bears now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Soddy Daisy for a AAA District 6 bout on Tuesday, August 19. Bradley Central will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Rhea County (Evensville, TN). The Trojans record now stands at 2-1.
