The R-S Central Hilltoppers soccer team (Rutherfordton, NC), was overwhelmed 5-0 in Wednesday's league outing with the visiting Brevard Blue Devils (Brevard, NC)

With the win, Brevard advances its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC) to play the Eagles in a non-league outing on Monday, September 18.
