In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Nemaha Central Thunder football squad scored a good 35-7 triumph over the Silver Lake Eagles.

The Thunder (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Rossville (Rossville, KS). The Bulldogs come into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Rossville went down by St. Marys (St. Marys, KS), 24-19, in a non-league match.
