Tennessee High School Soccer - Volunteer toppled by Chuckey-Doak
September 13, 2024: Afton, TN 37616 Chuckey-Doak Black Knights (Afton, TN) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Volunteer Falcons (Church Hill, TN), 5-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Chuckey-Doak moves its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Black Knights host Cumberland Gap (Cumberland Gap, TN) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 17. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 1-7. Cumberland Gap lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against University School (Johnson City, TN)
The Falcons now sport a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Elizabethton for a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. Volunteer will clash with a Fighting Cyclones team coming off a 5-0 league win over Sullivan East (Bluff City, TN). The Fighting Cyclones record now stands at 5-3.
