The Holyoke Dragons softball squad (Holyoke, CO), was routed 13-1 in Saturday's league contest with the host Burlington Cougars (Burlington, CO)

With the triumph, Burlington improves its record to 6-5 on the year. The Cougars travel to Limon (Limon, CO) to face the Badgers in a 3A Lower Platte contest on Friday, September 19. The Badgers enter the contest with a record of 1-12.

The Dragons now hold a 1-12 record. They take the field next when they host Hershey for a non-league match on Monday, September 15. Holyoke will battle a Panthers team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Ord (Ord, NE). The Panthers record now stands at 3-13.
