September 13, 2025: Albany, TX 76430 Newcastle Bobcats (Newcastle, TX) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Albany Lions (Albany, TX), 3-1 in a non-league outing.
The Bobcats now have a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Rotan for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 20.
With the loss, Albany drops to 9-8 on the campaign. The Lions host Strawn (Strawn, TX) to play the Greyhounds in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 16. The Greyhounds come into the outing with a record of 21-6. Strawn won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Santo (Santo, TX)
