September 13, 2025: Alexandria, MN 56308 Waconia Wildcats (Waconia, MN) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Alexandria Cardinals (Alexandria, MN), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Waconia improves its record to 10-3 on the season. The Wildcats host St. Louis Park (St. Louis Park, MN) to face the Orioles in a Metro West test on Wednesday, September 17. The Orioles go into the test with a record of 4-3. St. Louis Park lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Two Rivers (Mendota Heights, MN)
Next, the Cardinals meet the Moorhead Spuds (Moorhead, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 18. Alexandria will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Spuds come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Bemidji (Bemidji, MN).
