Mater Dei Knights (Breese, IL) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Center Grove Trojans (Greenwood, IN), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Mater Dei advances its record to 10-2 on the season. The Knights travel to Columbia (Columbia, IL) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, September 15. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 14-1. Columbia lost 2-1 in their recent league test against Breese Central (Breese, IL)

The Trojans now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Minooka for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Center Grove will play a Indians team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lockport (Lockport, IL). The Indians record now stands at 5-3.
