Gibson Southern Titans (Fort Branch, IN) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the host Evansville Central Bears (Evansville, IN), 2-0 in a non-league game.

Next up, the Titans face the Heritage Hills Patriots (Lincoln City, IN) in a Pocket game, on Monday, September 15. Gibson Southern will attempt to advance on its 10-2 season record. The Patriots go into the game with a 9-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Tecumseh (Lynnville, IN).

The Bears (4-10) will now prepare for their game against Evansville Christian (Evansville, IN). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 14-6 record. In their last game, Evansville Christian gained a win over Southwestern (Hanover, IN), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
