Michigan High School Soccer - West Ottawa nudges East Grand Rapids
September 14, 2023: Grand Rapids, MI 49506 West Ottawa Panthers (Holland, MI) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host East Grand Rapids Pioneers (Grand Rapids, MI), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers confront the Caledonia Fighting Scots (Caledonia, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 14. West Ottawa will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Fighting Scots enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Jenison (Jenison, MI).
The Pioneers now have a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Forest Hills Central for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 14.
