With the win, Chattahoochee County upgrades its record to 6-1 on the year. The Panthers host Taylor County (Butler, GA) to face the Vikings in a 1A Area 2 outing on Tuesday, September 20. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 4-7. Taylor County lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Peach County (Fort Valley, GA)
The Tigers now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Jordan for a non-league outing on Monday, September 19. Carver will face a Red Jackets squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Sumter County (Americus, GA). The Red Jackets record now stands at 2-5.
