California High School Volleyball - Mark Keppel edged by San Gabriel
September 15, 2022: Alhambra, CA 91801 The San Gabriel Matadors held off the host Mark Keppel Aztecs volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.
The Matadors now have a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Montebello for a Almont test on Tuesday, September 20. San Gabriel will confront a Oilers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Alhambra (Alhambra, CA). The Oilers record now stands at 0-8.
The Aztecs (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Schurr (Montebello, CA). The Spartans enter the Almont test with a 18-2 record. In their last test, Schurr held off Bell Gardens (Bell Gardens, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
