Iowa High School Volleyball - Clayton-Ridge tips Rockford
September 16, 2023: Rockford, IA 50468 Clayton-Ridge Eagles (Guttenburg, IA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Rockford Warriors (Rockford, IA), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Nashua-Plainfield Huskies (Nashua, IA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 16. Clayton-Ridge will attempt to advance on its 6-9 season record. The Huskies come into the match with a 1-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Osage (Osage, IA).
With the loss, Rockford drops to 9-9 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to St. Ansgar (St. Ansgar, IA) to clash with the Saints in a Top of Iowa - East match on Tuesday, September 19.
