Maryland High School Volleyball - Huntingtown overwhelmed by Leonardtown
September 16, 2024: Leonardtown, MD 20650 The Leonardtown Raiders topped the visiting Huntingtown Hurricanes volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Monday's league game.
Next up, the Raiders face the Chopticon Braves (Morganza, MD) in a Southern Maryland game, on Wednesday, September 18. Leonardtown will attempt to advance on its 5-0 season record. The Braves go into the game with a 1-3 record after their 3-2 league loss to Patuxent (Lusby, MD).
The Hurricanes (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Westlake (Waldorf, MD). The Wolverines go into the Southern Maryland game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Westlake went down by Thomas Stone (Waldorf, MD), 3-0, in a league game.
