The Valley Vista Monsoon flag football squad scored 38 points and limited the visiting Skyline Coyotes to 7 in the Monsoon non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Monsoon now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shadow Ridge for a 6A West Valley challenge on Monday, September 22. Valley Vista will face a Stallions team coming off a 12-7 non-league win over Willow Canyon (Surprise, AZ). The Stallions record now stands at 1-1.

The Coyotes (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Mesquite (Gilbert, AZ). The Wildcats enter the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Mesquite ran past Desert Sunrise (Maricopa, AZ), 54-0, in a non-league challenge.
