John Curtis Christian Patriots (River Ridge, LA) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the visiting Ponchatoula Green Wave (Ponchatoula, LA), 3-0 in a non-league outing.

The Patriots now have a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to Northshore for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 18. John Curtis Christian will play a Panthers team coming off a 3-2 league win over Fontainebleau (Mandeville, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Ponchatoula drops to 4-4 on the campaign. The Green wave travel to Walker (Walker, LA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Thursday, September 18. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 2-8. Walker lost 3-1 in their recent league game against Live Oak (Watson, LA)
