West Branch Warriors (Morrisdale, PA) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mount Union Trojans (Mount Union, PA), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, West Branch advances its record to 18-1 on the season. The Warriors host North Star (Boswell, PA) to play the Cougars in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 18. The Cougars come into the outing with a record of 6-6. North Star won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Moshannon Valley (Houtzdale, PA)

With the loss, Mount Union drops to 4-6 on the campaign. The Trojans host Mifflin County (Lewistown, PA) to confront the Huskies in a non-league match on Monday, September 22. The Huskies enter the match with a record of 0-6. Mifflin County lost 3-1 in their recent league match against Hershey (Hershey, PA)
