Virginia High School Volleyball - First Flight nudged by Great Bridge
September 17, 2022: Chesapeake, VA 23322 The First Flight Nighthawks volleyball team (Kill Devil Hills, NC), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA)
The Wildcats (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against James River (Buchanan, VA). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, James River was nudged by Covington (Covington, VA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Nighthawks encounter the Pasquotank County Panthers (Elizabeth City, NC) in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A challenge, on Tuesday, September 20. First Flight will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Currituck County (Barco, NC).
