Delaware High School Volleyball - Early College bounced by Indian River
September 17, 2024: Dover, DE 19901 Indian River Indians (Dagsboro, DE) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Early College Hornets (Dover, DE), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Indian River improves its record to 2-4 on the season. The Indians travel to Delmarva Christian (Georgetown, DE) to face the Royals in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 18. The Royals go into the test with a record of 1-3. Delmarva Christian won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Delmar (Delmar, DE)
The Hornets now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McKean for a non-league test on Thursday, September 19. Early College will face a Highlanders squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Dickinson (Wilmington, DE). The Highlanders record now stands at 1-2.
