September 18, 2023: Clarks Summit, PA 18411 The Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA) football routed the visiting West Scranton Invaders (Scranton, PA), 51-0 in Monday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Comets face the Wallenpaupack Area Buckhorns (Hawley, PA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, September 25. Abington Heights will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Buckhorns enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 44-0 non-league loss to Delaware Valley (Milford, PA).
The Invaders (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Western Wayne (Lake Ariel, PA). The Wildcats enter the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Western Wayne was crushed by North Pocono (Covington Township, PA), 44-20, in a non-league bout.
