September 18, 2025: Mt. Ulla, NC 28125 The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) and the visiting Concord Spiders (Concord, NC), witnessed West Rowan's football squad knock off Concord by a tally of 37-8.
The Falcons (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Carson (China Grove, NC). The Cougars go into the non-league bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Carson dropped by Salisbury (Salisbury, NC), 24-16, in a non-league bout.
The Spiders now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host South Rowan for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 25. Concord will encounter a Raiders team coming off a 35-8 non-league loss to Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 0-3.
