With the triumph, Calvary Christian Academy moves its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The host Heritage Academy (Hagerstown, MD) to meet the Eagles in a Mason Dixon Christian Conference match on Friday, September 19. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 4-4. Heritage Academy won 7-0 in their recent league battle against Faith Christian Academy (Martinsburg, WV)
Next up, the Miners confront the Southern Rams (Oakland, MD) in a Class 1A West I battle, on Saturday, September 20. Mountain Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Rams enter the battle with a 1-3 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to GVCS Broadfording (Hagerstown, MD).
