Michigan High School Soccer - Norrix knocks off Central
September 18, 2025: Battle Creek, MI 49017 Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Norrix Knights (Kalamazoo, MI) and the host Central Bearcats (Battle Creek, MI), saw Norrix's soccer squad prevail over Central by a count of 4-0.
The Knights (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Lakeshore (Stevensville, MI). The Lancers enter the non-league match with a 7-4 record. In their last match, Lakeshore nipped Lakeview (Battle Creek, MI), 3-0, in a non-league match.
The Bearcats now sport a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kalamazoo Central for a non-league match on Tuesday, September 23. Central will meet a Maroon Giants team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Mattawan (Mattawan, MI). The Maroon Giants record now stands at 3-9.
