September 18, 2025: Belle, WV 25015 The Riverside Warriors soccer team (Belle, WV), was overwhelmed 10-0 in Thursday's league match with the visiting Huntington Highlanders (Huntington, WV)
With the triumph, Huntington moves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Highlanders host Wheeling Park (Wheeling, WV) to confront the Patriots in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. The Patriots enter the battle with a record of 8-3. Wheeling Park won 7-0 in their recent league battle against John Marshall (Glen Dale, WV)
Next up, the Warriors confront the South Charleston Black Eagles (South Charleston, WV) in a Mountain State battle, on Tuesday, September 23. Riverside will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Black Eagles enter the battle with a 3-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Summit Christian Academy (Princeton, WV).
